Delivery

Items in stock will be dispatched once full payment has been received and authorised. Allow up to two weeks for delivery. For items not in stock, please allow between two and four weeks delivery.


If a jewellery item is requested for a special occasion and specific date please contact Marie before ordering to ensure the deadline can be met.


UK postage costs £6.00 which is added at the checkout. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which provides insurance and online tracking. A signature is required on receipt.

 

Packaging
All jewellery items from Marie’s collections are presented in a black gift box.


Returns


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your jewellery purchase, then the item may be returned unworn, undamaged with original packaging, by Royal Mail Special Delivery within ten days of purchasing. An exchange or refund will then be arranged.


Commissioned jewellery items cannot be returned as they are made to the customer’s specific requirements.
